368B Bot
Team 368B was almost an all-rookie team, with a leader that was only a second-year member of TKM. The lack of experience was the biggest obstacle they had to overcome, but they pulled through with their own hard work and the kind advice of older veteran team members. 368B was the first team brave enough to try the holonomic drive, discovering both the benefits and shortcomings that came along with it. Their robot's scoring mechanism was unique, using an adjustable ramp instead of the "dumper" all the other teams used. Although the team members themselves did not always get along perfectly, they always managed to pull themselves together and behave when it was necessary. The team leader and programmer, Ying, was more than just a leader; she was a mother figure. She provided direction, chastised them when they got off-track, comforted them when they were having a hard time, and put in her best effort, even when she was frustrated and/or tired. The rest of the team did the best they could to build and fix the robot, over and over again. During competition time, the drivers and coach held themselves up with the pride typical of their ancestries. Win or lose, they are satisfied at the end of the day, for they know they fought to the best of their ability.
